Trotec Donates to Firies & Announces Special Customer Bushfire Fund

Trotec Australia has recognised the outstanding contribution of Australia’s fire services in the wake of the Australian bushfires, and has set up a special fund to help its affected customers through the crisis.

A statement from the company said its people are ‘incredibly thankful’ to the fearless volunteers and employees who have risked, and continue to risk, their lives to fight the fires on the front line, protect property and support the emergency services.

“We are forever indebted to you,” the company said, announcing a donation of $20,000 to the NSW Rural Fire Service, Victorian Country Fire Authority and the South Australian Country Fire Service.

In addition, the company has allocated an additional $10,000 to help its customers directly. Any customers whose business has been impacted by the bushfires is encouraged to contact their local Trotec office on 1300 876 832 or email to find out more.

“As we all know, Australia is currently being ravaged by the most damaging and catastrophic bushfires the nation has ever seen,” the company said in a statement.

“The crisis is affecting an unprecedented number of people and wildlife and is striking the hearts of those witnessing it, both at home and abroad. Our thoughts and prayers are with those who have been affected and continue to face the horrific bushfires.”

“We wish everyone safety during this incredibly difficult time.”
