Genr8 Printing Expands into New Revenue Streams with a Roland VersaUV LEF-300

Roland DG Australia, a leading manufacturer of wide format inkjet printers and 3D devices, has released a new instalment in its Roland User video series. The latest video features digital print service provider Genr8 Printing and their experience with the VersaUV LEF-300 benchtop UV printer.

Established in 2008 as Genr8 Entertainment, owner, Yianni Moratidis, started Genr8 Printing when he saw an opportunity to offer print solutions to his existing customer base. Yianni recently decided to further expand the company’s product range, purchasing a Roland VersaUV LEF-300. Already specialising in the development of a wide range of premium print products for local businesses in the Greater Hunter region of NSW, Yianni was keen to give customers “a little bit of something extra” for its growing customer base.

The variety of custom applications that the company can now produce with the LEF-300, including printing to substrates such as glass, acrylic, leather and tiles, has impressed Yianni and his team. As Yianni puts it, “you name it, we can print on it.” A recent example of this included printing directly from the LEF-300 onto tiles to create a unique custom look for his client’s bar area. With a printer that he has found easy-to-use with a quick turnaround on jobs, Yianni has found that his customers can “get what they want, when they want.”

Yianni’s experience with Roland DG has been a positive one. Since installing the LEF-300, Yianni has noticed an “added revenue stream” and has noted: “Investing in a Roland product is investing in a great partnership. From the initial purchase, to the installation, to the service… has been second-to-none. I have no hesitation recommending Roland or the VersaUV LEF-300.”
